ESP Case Manager Responsibilities


The Employment Service Provider Case Manager will work one to one with AEC participants to:

  • prepare a resume;

  • refer AEC participants to an AEC job or AEC Employer specific training program within 5 days of signing an AEC covenant;

  • provide advice on best ways to look for work for the AEC participants;

  • assess current AEC Employer Job through reviewing Industry fact sheets, job specifications and training specifications for potential matching;

  • refer AEC participants to an AEC Job if they are suitable for the role;

  • refer AEC participants to an AEC Employer specific training if they are suitable for the job;

  • provide advice on what type of jobs need more workers;

  • work with other Employment Service Providers to maximise the opportunity for AEC participants to be placed into an AEC job;

  • provide access to computers and advice about how to use them to look for work; and

  • meet with AEC participants regularly to help AEC participants find and keep an AEC Employer job.
