Getting a job is one thing, staying in your job is another. Sometimes in work, things do not always go according to plan. When you first start a new job there are many things to learn and it can be exhausting in the beginning. It is important to remember that staying in a job will also give you many benefits such as the ability to support yourself and your family, the great feeling of being useful to our family, community and country and the opportunity to learn and develop a career.
AEC Employers will also connect you with a one on one workplace mentor who is there to help you in your new job. They are there to teach you the in and outs of the business and help you answer any questions you may have. As AEC employee we would ask you to use your mentor as much as you need. They are there to help you stay in your job and support you to be successful.
