Introducing Mentoring to your Organisation
Every organisation has a different culture and diverse operations so there is not one clear strategy that will ensure success in attracting mentors within your organisation. Take some time to consider how you can best encourage your current employers to become mentors to new employees. Here are some suggestions that organisations have implemented:

A promotions campaign through internal Newsletters and websites

A letter sent from the CEO to all employees encouraging them to be involved

Encouraging participation at staff meeting

Including one on one mentoring as part of the Supervisory Development Program

Embarking on an education campaign through training and seminars regarding Indigenous Culture and encouraging involvement through these avenues.
